Who we are

Two Little Shops ("we") is a Wyoming business. Your card statement will show TWO LITTLE SHOPS. Shop One produces research reports on small business listings. Shop Two produces continuity audits of manuscripts.

What you are buying

Shop One is a research report built from public records, online sources and documents you give us. It is not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, not a valuation and not a CPA audit or attestation. Items marked "unverified" or "not found" mean we could not confirm them. They do not mean the item is false. Talk to your own attorney and CPA before you buy any business.

Shop Two reviews a manuscript for internal consistency and checkable facts and returns a report, and where you bought it, tracked changes. We do not rewrite your prose or change your story. We do not guarantee that your book is free of errors, or that it will be published or sold. You decide which changes to accept.

Timing

Delivery times on the site are in business days. The clock starts when your payment has cleared and we have the file or documents we need. If something is missing we tell you once and the clock pauses until we have it. If you change a manuscript after we begin, the clock restarts.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, tell us by email within 72 hours of delivery and we will refund the full fee you paid, including any rush fee. We pay refunds back to the card used.

Your files and privacy

• We use your files only to do your order. We do not share them, sell them, or use them for anything else.
• We delete your files 30 days after delivery. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
• We collect your name, email, payment confirmation from our payment processor, and what you send us. We do not see or store your card number.
• Do not send Social Security numbers, bank logins, passwords or full account numbers.
• For Shop One, we look at business records and public information about the business and its owners in their business role. We do not look into anyone's home address, family or personal life.
• You must own or control the rights to anything you send us.

Limits

We work from what is available at the time. Records change and some are not public. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fee you paid. We are not responsible for decisions you make using our work.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
